You are important to us!
Welcome to the Far Cotton History Group website.
Our group collects information that relates to the history of Far Cotton since 1800. We plan to use this website to share what we have found and we are enormously grateful to everyone who has generously shared their memories, photographs and memorabilia. They make our project possible and help to show just how much times have changed and what an interesting area Far Cotton is!
We hope you enjoy this trip through time.
Explore the history of Far Cotton
Today's Far Cotton is a district of Northampton in the parish of St Mary's, but not that long ago it was two separate villages outside the borough boundary.
